Achieving R.E.A.L. Success Workshop - One day leadership workshop in Johnson City

Our apologies! This workshop has been cancelled. We will announce when it has been rescheduled.

The East Tennessee chapter of PMI (ETPMI) will co-sponsor a one day leadership workshop in Johnson City.

There are three components that every organization needs for achieving success:

1).  The Right People
2).  The Right Resources
3).  The Leadership Capacity to take the organization to the next level.

In the one day "Achieving R.E.A.L. Success Workshop" we will explore four key areas that need constant attention if you are going to be successful in your area of management and leadership.  The four key areas are:

R - Relationships
E - Equipping Your Team
A - Attitude
L - Leadership Skills

When attention is given to these three areas in order to build an organization with "The Right People, The Right Resources and Leadership Capacity for Growth", you are positioned for success.  The purpose of this workshop is to help you develop an intentional strategy for "Achieving R.E.A.L. Success" within your organization and feel fulfilled in the process along the way.
